５月はブログの更新が出来ませんでしたので久々になりますね。

今回はもともと洋食屋さんだったお店をまるごとカフェにしちゃいます。
ターゲットは近くにある女子が多い大学の学生や近隣にお住まいの主婦やOL、お子様連れのお客様。
クライアントのご要望は北欧風カフェ。

Because I was not able to update the blog in May, it becomes after a long absence.
Originally I do the shop which was a Western food restaurant to a cafe entirely this time.
Visitors of a housewife and a female office worker, a child living in a student and the neighborhood of the university where the target has many girls in the neighborhood people.
The request of the client is a North European style cafe.

外観のエントランスはこんな感じで昔ながらの洋食屋さんて感じですね～
全体的にウッドのスクリーンで覆い、テントは明るく元気な印象の太陽のようなお色のものに張り替えます。

一番外から見える窓側の客席になる部分です。
この客席部分は今回最大のわくわくポイントで、ブランコ型のお席にしたいと計画中です！
ゆらりゆらりと揺れながらゆったりとカフェタイムを楽しんでもらえたらと私たちも出来上がりをたのしみにしています♪

こちらは２階の客席ブース
テーブル席で広く使えるようにしますので、大人数のお客様でも隠れ家的な雰囲気でおくつろぎいただけるかと思います。

元厨房部分です。フードのしたのレンガは使い込まれた良い味がでたお色になっているため、このままメンテナンスのみで残します。

表のサインはオーナー様が残してほしいと要望があった瓦を加工して造作します。
このようにもとのままで良い色味や雰囲気のところは残し、且つ清潔感やトレンド、わくわく感や親しみやすさ兼ね備えたハイブリッドなカフェにします！！

カフェの進捗は都度更新していきますので、たのしみに見守って頂ければうれしいです🎶
