今週は寒の戻りのような寒さで寒暖差が体にこたえますね、、、

来週は一気に春めいてくるようなのでたのしみです。

女性は結婚、出産と常に変化を求められる立場にありますが、生活スタイルだけではなくファッションやメイクツールなどのアイテムもがらりと変わる方が多いと思います。

これから妊娠・出産されるかたの参考になればと思います。

■妊娠初期～　特に今までと違うお洋服は着ませんでした。

 

■妊娠中期～後期　お腹が出てくるのでボトムスはゆったりとしたものが基本ですが、いわゆるマタニティ服は高いものやデザインがイマイチなものも多く、最近ではふつうのマキシワンピースも流行っているので特別購入されなくてもだいじょうぶです！あと、私はセカンドストリートやジャンブルストア、その他のリサイクルショップやメルカリなどでＬサイズを購入していました。期間限定でしか着ないので新品を買う必要もなかったからです。

 

■出産直後～　出産直後はまだ体の戻りも完全ではありません。帝王切開の跡があるひとなら傷まわりは痛みが出ないようなお洋服で、トップスは赤ちゃんに母乳を飲ませやすいよう前開きのそれもジッパーがオススメでです。
髪を結ぶゴムの長いものを輪にして首にかけておくとカナリ便利です！
前開きになっていないお洋服の内側から裾を通り、また首にかけるようにすると片手で服を持ち続けて授乳しなくてもだいじょうぶです。
だんだん髪やアクセサリーをおもちゃにして引っ張ったり、お口に入れて遊びだすのでネックレスや長いピアスはつけられません。

■産後１年～　赤ちゃんだったのがつかまりだちやハイハイで移動したり歩き出す子もいてママは目が離せなくなりますのでなるべく動きやすい服が望ましいのですが、
抱っこ紐でおでかけしたりお家の中でも付けて生活していることが多くなる時期なので実はトイレの際にスカートの方が楽だったりします。
もしくはウエストがゴムでハイウエストではないパンツがオススメです。

ベビーベッド（添い乳で寝る子や落ちてしまう危険から布団やローベッドがオススメです）

迷うのが抱っこ紐選び。
私はしっくりくる抱っこ紐にたどりつくまでに４本くらい購入しました。
結局王道のエルゴとヒップシート付のbaby＆meというものをたくさん使いました。
baby&meはいまも活躍しています。

ベビーカーやチャイルドシートについては種類がたくさんあり、甲乙つけがたいため難しいです😵

最近は子育てグッズがたくさん出ていて便利なものも増えてきました。
また数年で次々と新商品が出るのでしょうね～♪

■Early pregnancy –
I did not wear clothes especially different from the past.

■Mid to pregnancy to late
Since the stomach comes out, the bottoms are basically relaxed, but so-called maternity clothes are high and designs are not good, and many popular dresses are also in fashion recently, so even if special purchase is not required is!
Also, I purchased L size on Second Street, Jumble Store, other recycle shops, Mercari etc etc. Because I only wear it for a limited time, I did not have to buy a new item.

■Immediately after birth
Immediately after childbirth, the return of the body is not complete yet.
If you have a trace of caesarean section, clothes like scratches will not cause pain, tops are recommended zippers for front opening so that babies can easily drink milk.
It is convenient to hang the long rubber on the loop and put it on your neck!
If you go through the hem from the inside of your outfit that is not open front and try to put it on your neck, you do not need to keep your clothes with one hand and breastfeeding.
As you gradually pull with hair and accessories as a toy or put it in your mouth, you can not wear a necklace or long piercing.

■1 year after birth

baby & me is still active.

There are many types of strollers and child seats, so it is difficult because they are hard to put on.😵
