年が明けてからもう１ヶ月が経とうとしていますね～
早い！！！！

今日は去年わたしの実家をリフォームしたときの事を書きます。
Today I write what happened when I reform my family home last year.

外壁にクラックが入っていたり色目も悪くなっているし何より雨漏れがひどいということで、
リフォームを頼まれました。
Cracks are contained in the outer wall, the eyelids are getting worse, and the rain leak is awful than anything else,
I was asked for renovation.

雨漏れの原因調査をしたところ、おそらくコーキングが劣化しているためだろうという社長（夫）の診断で
塗装するところとサイディングをするところに分けぜんぶ綺麗にお直し♪
According to the investigation of the cause of leakage leak, probably because the coking is deteriorating due to the president (husband) ‘s diagnosis
Divide it into a place to paint and a place to sidenen ♪ beautifully repair ♪

色味選びや素材選び、アクセントをつけるかなどデザイン的な要素を父が私に丸投げしてきたので全て決めさせてもらいました笑
Since my father threw me round design elements such as choosing colors, choosing materials, and accents, I decided everything(lol)

本当はもっと冒険したかったのですが、なにしろ周りの住宅環境や予算、
これから還暦を過ぎた父が一人で住んでいくこととなるだろうという事で、なるべくシックにベーシックにチャコールミックスのネイビーにしました。
Actually I wanted to be more adventurous, but the surrounding housing environment, budget,
I chose the navy charcoal mix as basic as possible, because my father who is going to have 60 years now will live by myself.

アクセントはあえてつけずもとのホワイトの部分をきれいに残してもらいコントラストをつけました。
I did not dare to accent and left the original white part clean and put a contrast.

費用は軽自動車一台分くらいでできました。
The cost was about one mini car.

そして雨漏れ問題も見事に解決！
And rain leakage problem solved splendely!

外壁だけでもなんだか新築になったような気分になりますよね♪
It seems like it seems like a new construction just on the outer wall ♪

父が一生懸命働いて手にしたマイホーム、そして私の思春期から独身時代の思い出のある家がよみがえりとても嬉しかったです。
My home where my father worked hard and my house with memories of my age since my adolescence was very much rejoiced and I was very happy.
